Hotel Okura Sapporo, Sapporo

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On the bright side, the rooms were impressively large for Japanese standards and provided two complimentary bottled waters daily and a daily newspaper. However, the age of the facilities showed in their lack of cleanliness, which was a downside. Despite this, the rooms were still clean and comfortable without any musky smells.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to great restaurants and shopping areas, but the rooms had a smoke smell, possibly due to inconsiderate guests. The service was top-notch, very helpful and attentive, except for the issue with the room smell. The dining options were limited, with not much variety, which was disappointing. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so big, clean, and comfortable, much better than many other hotels I've stayed at in Sapporo. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with a few small hiccups.
