Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable with a small sitting area to relax in, but the atmosphere can feel hot and stuffy like living in a heated cubicle. The service was friendly and accommodating, although retrieving my membership was a challenge. The location is superb for accessing shopping areas and attractions, near the Sapporo TV Tower and transportation options. The dining options varied from so-so to good, with room for improvement. Overall, a big and comfortable stay in a very big, clean, and comfortable hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the air conditioning was ineffective and the pillows were of poor quality. The location was great, close to major attractions, but the dining options were somewhat lacking.
I was a bit disappointed as I was given a smoking room when I had reserved a non-smoking one. Even though we added an extra bed, the room was larger than expected, but we had to wait until after 2:00 pm for it to be ready. The location is unbeatable, close to the city center and within minutes of great restaurants, bars, and shopping.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I got was a smoking room instead of the non-smoking I reserved, and it was uncomfortably warm during the late October visit to Hokkaido. Despite being a decent size, there was a persistent smell of smoke. Comparing it to other hotels in Japan, there were some drawbacks but also positives to note.
I felt like I was living in a heated cubicle in the room, which was too basic and had a smoking smell even though I requested non-smoking. However, the girls dressed like bellmen were very helpful. The location was vibrant, close to eateries and shopping spots, albeit a bit of a throwback to the '80s. The dining options were limited but included in our room rate, while the wood-fired pizzas stood out.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On the bright side, the rooms were impressively large for Japanese standards and provided two complimentary bottled waters daily and a daily newspaper. However, the age of the facilities showed in their lack of cleanliness, which was a downside. Despite this, the rooms were still clean and comfortable without any musky smells.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to great restaurants and shopping areas, but the rooms had a smoke smell, possibly due to inconsiderate guests. The service was top-notch, very helpful and attentive, except for the issue with the room smell. The dining options were limited, with not much variety, which was disappointing. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so big, clean, and comfortable, much better than many other hotels I've stayed at in Sapporo. The service was excellent; the staff were courteous, anticipative of my needs, and very nice, although there was a slight language barrier. The location was fantastic for my short trip, with easy access to Parco, the shopping street, JR and metro stations, and various dining places at such a great rate. However, the air conditioning only provided cold air at times. The dining options were somewhat limited, but the simplicity and quality of the meals were excellent. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with a few small hiccups.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, but check-in can be slow. The service is attentive and accommodating. Its central location is ideal for exploring Sapporo, but the dining options may not suit everyone.
The hotel is in a good location near Odori Park, Sapporo Station, and Nijo Market. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, although a little dated. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with the male staff. The dining options could be expanded, and the facilities are decent.
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to Susukino or JR station and bus stops. The rooms were quite compact, giving a feeling of living in a heated cubicle. However, there was an issue with my reservation being for a non-smoking room but ended up in a smoking room.
The hotel was conveniently located near major shopping districts and had lots of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms, although spacious, were too warm for comfort during my late October visit. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The dining options were mediocre, with a limited variety that didn't quite meet expectations.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, while clean and spacious, had a slight smell of smoke. The service was accommodating, but parking for my motorcycle was a bit inconvenient. The location was central and convenient for exploring the city. The dining options were decent but not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, but the temperature control was a bit off, making it quite cold at times and too warm on other occasions. Despite this, the service was top-notch with extremely friendly and courteous staff. The location was great, near Odori Park and with easy access to the metro, but the heavy fobs were a minor inconvenience. The dining experience had its flaws with a limited variety of breakfast options, but the homemade bread was a nice touch.
The hotel offers spacious rooms but needs a major refurbishment. It is convenient with many stores around, although the ventilation is poor, only relying on a heating system. The service is accommodating despite some language barriers. The location is superb, very close to various dining options and entertainment districts. The dining experience could be improved with a better variety of cuisine. Overall, the hotel exceeds Japan's standard but has room for enhancements.
